How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand balanced on one leg with a ball placed under the opposite foot. Gently toss the ball forward with this foot, then regain support on it while controlling the movement to stabilize the knee. Repeat slowly, keeping the trunk upright and gaze fixed.

Tips: Keep the knee aligned with the foot and avoid it drifting inward. Slightly contract the muscles around the knee to improve control. Breathe calmly and do not rush the movement.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or the speed of the toss once control is achieved without pain.
