How to do the exercise

Description: Hold the handles of the TRX with arms extended in front of you, feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly descend by bending your knees and hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then rise back up while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and gaze forward. Use the TRX for balance without leaning excessively. Control both the descent and ascent to protect your knees.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the tempo to further strengthen the muscles.
