How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg on an inclined plane, then slowly descend by bending the knee until reaching a comfortable range of motion. Control the descent without assistance from the other leg, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and the knee aligned with the foot to avoid any torsion. Perform the movement slowly to maximize muscle strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of the descent or add light resistance as the exercise becomes easier.
