How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place a Swiss ball between your back and the wall, with feet shoulder-width apart and slightly forward. Slowly bend your knees to about 90 degrees, keeping your back well aligned against the ball and your arms extended in front for balance. Rise gently back to the standing position.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, ensure your knees stay aligned with your feet, and avoid leaning forward. Control the descent to protect your joints.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the descent further to enhance muscular control.
