How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand with your back against a wall, feet parallel and slightly forward. Slowly bend your knees, moving them forward while keeping your torso aligned and slightly inclined backward, until your thighs are well engaged. Gently return to the initial position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your heels on the ground or slightly lifted for comfort, and ensure your back remains in contact with the wall for proper support. Contract the quadriceps throughout the exercise to maximize strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light weight held in your hands as the exercise becomes easier.
