How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Hold: 3 seconds

Description: Place a ball, roller, or your hand behind the knee, in contact with the targeted area. Starting with slight tension, slowly and controlledly push against the object or hand, performing small upward and downward or forward and backward movements. Maintain pressure for 3 seconds with each repetition.

Tips: Keep the knee straight and control the pressure to avoid any pain. Focus on the sensation of active locking and tactile feedback through finger contact.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration up to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
