How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart or hip-width apart, torso straight. Slowly bend the hips and knees while slightly pushing the pelvis backward, until approximately 90 degrees, keeping heels on the ground and knees aligned with the feet. Return to standing by extending the knees and hips, maintaining a stable torso.

Tips: Ensure that the knees do not collapse inward and that weight is evenly distributed on both feet. Control the movement to avoid jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load when the movement becomes easy.
