How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Standing, hold a resistance band with the arm in either a low or high position according to D1. Slowly pull the band, bringing the arm diagonally across the body to the opposite position, combining shoulder flexion, adduction, and rotation, while controlling the scapula movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid compensating with the trunk. Control the arm trajectory and maintain constant tension on the band.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the movement becomes easy.
