How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Attach a resistance band at an appropriate height. Hold the arm in the axis of shoulder flexion, with the scapula well stabilized. Slowly return the arm while controlling the resistance of the band, keeping the elbow, wrist, and trunk aligned, without shrugging the shoulder.

Tips: Focus on slow, controlled movement during the return phase to maximize strengthening. Always keep the scapula stable to avoid compensations.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
