How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Attach an elastic band at elbow height. Hold the elbow bent at 90 degrees, arm abducted at 90 degrees (RE2 position), forearm oriented inward. Perform an external rotation of the shoulder by moving the forearm outward against the resistance of the band, keeping the scapula stable.

Tips: Keep the elbow close to or slightly away from the body depending on the position, avoid moving the shoulder forward or upward. Control the movement well to prevent jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
