How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Equipment: resistance band

Description: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, with a resistance band anchored in front of you. While bending your knees to perform a squat, simultaneously rotate your shoulder externally by pulling the band outward with your arm, keeping the elbow close to your body. Slowly return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and gaze forward throughout the exercise. Ensure your knee does not pass your toes during the squat and maintain constant tension on the band.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
