How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Stand upright with your back straight and scapula well stabilized. Hold a dumbbell in one hand, arm along the body, then slowly lift the arm forward to shoulder height without moving the scapula. Gently lower back to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and avoid arching the back. Carefully control the scapula to prevent it from lifting or tilting.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbell or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
