How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 10 seconds per contraction

Description: In standing or sitting position, position your arm aligned according to the indicated angle, with the scapula well stabilized. Keep your arm immobile while contracting the shoulder flexor muscles against the fixed resistance of the elastic band, without moving the arm or raising the shoulder.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and avoid lifting the shoulder towards the ear to properly target the muscles. Breathe normally during the contraction.

Progression: Gradually increase the contraction duration from 10 to 15 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
