How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back with your arm at a 90-degree angle to your body and your elbow bent at 90 degrees. Using your other hand or with the help of a physiotherapist, gently rotate your forearm outwards, controlling the movement until you reach a comfortable range of motion. Slowly return to the starting position without forcing.

Tips: Keep your arm well supported against your body to avoid compensations. Perform the movement slowly to respect pain-free mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of external rotation in subsequent sessions, without exceeding your comfort limit.
