How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back with your arms relaxed alongside your body. With the help of your other hand or a therapist, slowly raise the arm forward, keeping the elbow slightly bent, until a comfortable, pain-free range of motion is achieved. Gently lower the arm back to the starting position.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner to avoid tension or pain. Breathe calmly and relax your shoulder muscles during the mobilization.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion over the course of sessions, without forcing, as mobility improves.
