Repetitions: 10 per ankle

Description: Stand on one leg, the other leg slightly bent. With the hand on the same side, gently assist your foot to perform full ankle movements in all directions, controlling the movement well. Slowly return to the starting position after each repetition.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or reduce manual assistance as mobility and control improve.
