How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand in an athletic position, knees slightly bent, weight on the front of the feet. Jump alternately on each leg, performing a controlled rebound upon landing by flexing the hips, knees, and ankles to absorb impact. Keep the knees aligned with the feet, maintain a stable trunk, and control the pelvis throughout the exercise.

Tips: Focus on a soft, controlled landing to protect your joints. Keep your gaze straight ahead to aid balance. Do not let your knees collapse inward.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or speed as you master the technique.
