How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting or standing, place your foot on an inclined plane. Starting from a neutral ankle position, slowly perform a torsion of the foot against the resistance of the plane, controlling the movement until the maximum range, then gently return to the neutral position.

Tips: Keep the knee stable and avoid excessive movement. Control the descent well to maximize eccentric work and prevent jolts.

Progression: Gradually increase the incline of the plane or resistance to intensify the exercise when performed without pain or excessive fatigue.
