How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: In a standing or seated position, place your foot flat on the ground in a neutral position. Gently contract the foot muscles to lift the arch without bending the toes, controlling the movement carefully. Maintain foot alignment throughout the exercise.

Tips: Focus on slow, controlled movements to effectively feel the strengthening of the foot muscles. Avoid arching or bending the toes during the doming.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of contraction or add slight resistance with a resistance band as the movement becomes easier.
