Description: Jump from a small height to land on an inclined surface with the foot in pronation, meaning slightly turned inward. Control the landing by gently flexing the ankle and knee to absorb the impact without losing balance.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead, activate the muscles around the ankle to stabilize the landing, and avoid excessive inward rolling of the foot.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or the duration of maintaining a stable landing position as you master the movement.
