How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per leg

Description: Stand on one leg with a resistance band attached around the opposite ankle to create slight resistance. Keep the knee slightly bent, pelvis stable, and trunk upright while maintaining balance despite the tension of the resistance band.

Tips: Focus on maintaining proper alignment of the ankle, knee, and pelvis. Breathe calmly and avoid leaning or compensating with the trunk.

Progression: Increase the hold time per leg by 10 seconds when the exercise becomes easy, or use a resistance band with higher resistance.
