How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 lateral steps and 10 forward steps per set

Description: Place a resistance band around your ankles or feet. In a standing position, with knees slightly bent and pelvis lowered, take small lateral steps then forward steps while keeping the band taut. Ensure your feet remain parallel and your knees properly aligned throughout the movement.

Tips: Maintain a stable and controlled posture, avoid letting the knees cave inward. Keep constant tension in the band for effective strengthening.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of steps or the resistance of the band as the exercise becomes easier.
