How to do the exercise

Description: Sitting or standing, place a small ball under your toes. Slowly flex your toes to grasp the ball, then gently release. Ensure the foot remains stable and the knee-foot alignment is maintained throughout the movement.

Tips: Perform the movement slowly to feel the activation of the toe flexor muscles. Do not let the foot move or deform during the exercise.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions per set or use a slightly larger or firmer ball as the exercise becomes easier.
