How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand with your back against the wall, feet approximately 15 cm away from the base. Slowly roll your spine from the head to the pelvis, vertebra by vertebra, keeping the pelvis stable, until reaching a controlled flexion. Then gently return to the upright position by unrolling the spine.

Tips: Keep contact of your back with the wall as much as possible to guide the movement. Do not force the flexion; it should remain comfortable and controlled.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of flexion or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
