Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Place one leg in front and the other behind, keeping the trunk upright. Slowly descend by bending the front knee to about 90 degrees, maintaining the pelvis stable and the knee aligned with the foot. Gently rise back by extending the knee and hip to return to the starting position.

Tips: Ensure the knee does not pass the toes and keep the trunk vertical throughout the movement. Control the descent to avoid jerky movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load as the movement becomes easier.
