How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Place one foot forward and the other back in a deep lunge position, with the front knee aligned over the foot. Keep the torso upright and the pelvis stable, then perform a slow rotation of the thorax toward the side of the front knee. Return to the neutral position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Ensure the front knee remains stable and avoid tilting the pelvis. Perform the movement slowly to effectively mobilize the thoracic spine.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the rotation position for a few seconds before returning to the starting position.
