Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Get on your knees, with the pelvis stable and the trunk facing forward. Slowly rotate your thorax to one side while keeping the shoulders mobile around a fixed pelvis, following the movement with your gaze. Aim to open the chest as much as possible without excessively arching the lower back.

Tips: Keep the pelvis well stabilized to isolate thoracic rotation. Perform the movement slowly and control your breathing to facilitate mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of rotation or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
