How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Kneel down with the back slightly rounded or in a neutral position. Slowly bend forward, opening the thoracic cage, stretching the upper back, bringing the shoulder blades closer or lowering them, and possibly raising the arms. Finish with the chest well open, the upper back elongated, and the neck relaxed.

Tips: Maintain controlled movement and breathe deeply to maximize thoracic mobility. Do not force the extension if you feel discomfort.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or hold the final position a few seconds longer as the exercise becomes easier.
