How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 on each side

Description: Hold a stick behind your back, hands shoulder-width apart. Keeping the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position, slowly tilt your torso to the side while activating the abdominal muscles, then return to the starting position without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting the pelvis or rotating the torso. Control the movement well to gently mobilize the lumbar region.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the duration of holding the tilted position as the exercise becomes easier.
