How to do the exercise

Sets: 2

Repetitions: 8 per side

Duration: hold for 3 seconds at the final position

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position. Slowly tilt the torso to the side while keeping the abdominal muscles engaged, then hold the final position without moving for 3 seconds before returning to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the pelvis well stabilized to avoid compensation, control the movement slowly, and breathe regularly. Do not force the tilt to prevent lumbar pain.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold duration up to 5 seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
