How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Tempo: 2 seconds to descend, 1 second pause at the bottom, 2 seconds to ascend

Description: Stand with feet hip-width apart, keep your back straight and knees slightly bent. Hinge forward at the hips, pushing the pelvis back until your torso is inclined and the load is close to your body. Return to the standing position by extending the hips.

Tips: Always maintain a neutral spine to protect your lumbar spine. Do not let the knees move too far forward and keep the load close to your body.

Progression: Gradually increase the load or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier and controlled.
