Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per side

Description: Sitting or standing, place a cushion under your arm on the side to be stretched. Slowly tilt your trunk toward this side while keeping the pelvis stable and the spine in a neutral position. Maintain the position without forcing, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Slightly activate your abdominal muscles to protect your back and avoid any rotation or tilting of the pelvis. Breathe deeply during the stretch to promote muscle relaxation.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of hold up to 45 seconds per side as the stretch becomes comfortable.
