How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per side

Description: Place your forearm and hand against a wall, with the elbow at shoulder height. Gently lean your torso forward while keeping the pelvis stable and the spine neutral to feel the stretch at the front of the shoulder and chest. Maintain the position without forcing or arching the back.

Tips: Keep the elbow slightly bent and avoid rotating the pelvis. Breathe calmly to facilitate muscle relaxation.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold time up to 45 seconds as the stretch becomes comfortable.
