How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your stomach on a Swiss Ball, with your pelvis stable and your arms alongside your body. Slowly lift your upper body, keeping your cervical spine in line and activating your lumbar muscles, then carefully lower back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the movement slow and controlled to effectively mobilize the lumbar region without overstraining. Ensure you do not excessively arch your back and keep your pelvis stable.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the top position for a few seconds longer with light exercise.
