How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sit on a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the ground. Slowly tilt your pelvis forward (anterior tilt) by slightly arching the lower back, then tilt your pelvis backward (posterior tilt) by gently rounding the lower back. Keep the rest of the body stable and control the movement.

Tips: Breathe calmly and avoid forcing the movement. Focus on the mobility of the lower back without moving the upper body.

Progression: Gradually increase the speed of the movement or the number of repetitions as you feel comfortable.
