Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: In standing or sitting position, start with the pelvis in a neutral position. Inhale while gently tilting the pelvis forward (anterior tilt), slightly arching the lower back, then exhale while tilting the pelvis backward (posterior tilt), rounding the lower back. Maintain trunk control and avoid compensations with the shoulders or legs.

Tips: Slightly activate the abdominal muscles to stabilize the pelvis during the movement. Perform the movement slowly and with control to improve lumbar mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or perform the exercise standing on an unstable support to enhance stabilization.
