How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Sit upright with your back straight, hold a stick in front of you with both hands. Slowly rotate your thorax to the right following the hand that pushes the stick, then return to the center. Repeat on the other side, keeping the pelvis stable and without moving the lower back.

Tips: Keep the pelvis immobile to isolate thoracic rotation. Always look in the direction of the rotation to maximize opening. Perform the movement slowly and control your breathing.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of rotation without pain and add a slight pause of 2 seconds at the final position.
