How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Hold the slam ball with both hands, feet shoulder-width apart, back straight and pelvis stable. Slightly bend the knees, then forcefully throw the ball to the ground while contracting the abdominal muscles to protect the lower back. Return the ball to the starting position by controlling the movement without arching the back.

Tips: Keep the core engaged at all times and avoid arching the lower back. Breathe regularly and control the movement to prevent jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase the throwing speed or the weight of the slam ball as you master the technique.
