How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit or kneel with your back slightly rounded or in a neutral position. Open the thoracic cage by extending the upper back, bringing the shoulder blades closer together or lowering them, and if possible, raise the arms to form a T. Finish with the chest well open, the upper back elongated, and the neck relaxed.

Tips: Keep a slow and controlled movement, breathe deeply to facilitate thoracic opening, and avoid forcing if you feel discomfort.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final position a few seconds longer as the exercise becomes easier.
