Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Slowly lift your pelvis by contracting your glutes to align shoulders, pelvis, and knees, then perform a controlled rotation of the thorax to one side while keeping the pelvis stable. Return to the central position, then gently lower the pelvis back to the ground.

Tips: Keep your back straight without excessive arching, contract your glutes well to stabilize the pelvis, and perform the rotations slowly to mobilize the thoracic spine effectively.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the top position for a few extra seconds when the exercise becomes easier.
