Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Start on your hands and knees, with your pelvis stable and your torso facing forward. Slowly rotate your chest to one side while keeping your shoulders above your pelvis, and follow the movement with your gaze. Try to open the thoracic spine as much as possible without excessively arching your lower back.

Tips: Keep your pelvis still to isolate the thoracic rotation. Perform the movement slowly and control your breathing to promote mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the end position for a few seconds to deepen the stretch.
