Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 on each side

Description: Sit or get into a quadruped position with your hands on the SwissBall. Keep the pelvis stable and the thorax in a neutral position, then slowly rotate your thorax to one side, following the hand or shoulder with your gaze. Ensure the pelvis does not move to maximize thoracic mobility.

Tips: Maintain steady breathing and control the movement to avoid tension in the lower back. Focus on opening the thorax without moving the pelvis.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of rotation or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
