How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Lie on your side with your spine in a neutral position and your pelvis stable. Keeping your trunk well aligned, slowly tilt your torso towards the floor by activating your abdominal muscles, then return to the starting position without moving the pelvis.

Tips: Keep the pelvis immobile and your back straight throughout the movement. Breathe calmly and control each movement to avoid compensations.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add light resistance as the exercise becomes easier.
