How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Engage your abdominal muscles to lift your torso while slowly rotating your chest to one side, then gently lower back to the starting position. Alternate sides with each repetition.

Tips: Keep your neck relaxed and avoid pulling on your head with your hands. Control the movement to effectively engage the oblique muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight weight held in front of the chest as the exercise becomes easier.
