How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Perform a curl-up by lifting the upper body towards the knees, then execute a small explosive jump bringing the knees towards the chest before gently returning to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the back well rounded when lifting to protect the spine. Control the descent to avoid jolts. Inhale while descending, exhale while lifting and during the jump.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the height of the jump as the exercise becomes easier.
