How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie face down, hands placed slightly in front of you. Slowly lift the upper body by contracting the abdominal muscles, keeping the neck aligned with the spine. Gently lower back to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Do not strain the neck, look towards the floor to avoid tension. Keep the movement smooth and controlled to effectively engage the abdominal muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the lifted position for a few extra seconds as the exercise becomes easier.
