How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per arm

Equipment: resistance elastic band

Description: In a plank position, keep your body well aligned and your abdominal muscles contracted. Attach an elastic band to an appropriate height, hold it in one hand, and perform a shoulder flexion by pulling the elastic band forward without moving the rest of the body. Ensure not to arch the lower back or rotate the pelvis during the movement.

Tips: Keep your gaze towards the floor to maintain a neutral neck, breathe regularly, and control the movement to effectively engage the abdominals and shoulders.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
