How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per side

Description: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet slightly elevated, holding a medicine ball in front of you. Slowly rotate your torso from left to right, keeping your back straight and abdominal muscles engaged, as you move the medicine ball to each side.

Tips: Keep your spine neutral and avoid leaning your back backward. Control the movement to effectively engage your abdominal muscles without straining your lower back.

Progression: Increase the weight of the medicine ball or the number of repetitions if the exercise becomes too easy.
