How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Sit on the edge of a stable chair, hands placed beside the hips. Move the feet forward and slowly lower by bending the elbows until your arms form approximately a 90-degree angle, then push up to return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back close to the chair and shoulders down to avoid unnecessary tension. Control the movement well, especially during the descent.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a 2-second pause at the bottom of the movement when comfortable.
