Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand or sit with your arm along your side, holding a resistance band with your hand. Start with the elbow extended or slightly flexed, then slowly bend the elbow bringing the hand toward the shoulder, keeping the shoulder stable and the trunk immobile. Gently lower back to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Ensure the shoulder and trunk do not move during the exercise. Perform the movement slowly to feel the biceps contraction clearly.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
